Digital Sherlocks 2026 – Applications Open

DFRLab announces the launch of a new edition of the international Digital Sherlocks 2026 program.

Now in its eighth iteration, the program has engaged thousands of participants worldwide, offering hands-on training in open-source investigative methodologies (OSINT), interactive sessions with experts in digital governance and technology policy, and networking opportunities within a global community of practitioners and researchers.

The program is designed for those interested in analyzing the information environment, countering disinformation, conducting digital investigations, and understanding the societal impact of emerging technologies. Participation provides access to international expertise, specialized resources, and the exchange of best practices in a competitive and collaborative setting.

The application deadline is April 14, 2026, at 23:59 (Eastern Time). Applicants are encouraged to respond thoroughly to all questions in the form and to carefully consider the open-ended sections, providing authentic answers based on their own experience and motivation. The use of artificial intelligence tools is acceptable for grammar checks or improving the structure of responses, but not for generating the content itself.

The application form is available HERE.
